Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending back your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
